Shipping policy

We are excited to ship your Coco and Ellie order! Below is an overview of our shipping process:

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping:

  • We ship internationally to select countries via trusted carriers such as DHL and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Please note:

  • Duties and taxes are not included in your order total at checkout.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import duties imposed by their country upon delivery.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping to the UK: Orders to the United Kingdom may be subject to VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Shipping Carrier:

  • Orders are shipped via Shopify Shipping, primarily using USPS and UPS for U.S. orders, and DHL or UPS for international shipments.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Free Shipping:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Shipping Delays:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions.
