What is your shipping policy?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return. A flat $8 return shipping fee will apply.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! All Coco and Ellie orders are thoughtfully packed and gift-ready.
