Exchange and Return Policy

At Coco & Ellie, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns or exchanges under the following guidelines:

Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all original tags attached.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, please email us at info@cocoandellie.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We’ll provide you with detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping

• A flat-rate return shipping fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
• We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

• Your exchange item will be shipped once we receive and inspect your return.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your exchange is on its way.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.
