Caring for Your Cashmere Sweater
Our sweaters are crafted from fine Italian cashmere, a natural fiber that becomes softer with wear and proper care.
Washing
We recommend gentle hand-washing in cold water using a detergent specifically formulated for cashmere. Our preferred option is The Laundress Cashmere & Wool Shampoo, which helps preserve the softness and integrity of the fiber. Dry cleaning is also appropriate when needed.
Drying
After washing, gently press out excess water—never wring. Lay flat on a clean towel, reshape while damp, and allow to air dry completely.
Storage
Store sweaters folded flat to maintain their shape and softness. Avoid hanging, which can stretch the knit.
General Care
Cashmere may naturally develop light pilling with wear. This is normal and can be easily removed with a cashmere comb or sweater stone.
Caring for Your Carrier
Our carriers are designed for everyday use and made with durable cotton canvas that can be easily cleaned when needed.
Washing
Machine wash in cold water using a simple, gentle detergent.
Before washing, remove the interior base of the bag and take out the plastic insert. The cotton base cover can be washed along with the rest of the carrier.
Drying
Air dry only. Do not tumble dry, as heat may affect the structure of the bag.
General Care
For small marks or everyday dirt, spot cleaning with cold water and mild detergent is often sufficient.
